XOtech is a Veteran-owned small business. It started over 5 years ago as the Logistics System Division of an Atlanta-based consulting company. In response to customer requirements, this division developed unique software products for the government finance and logistics sectors. The continuing success of the software product development led to the Logistics System Division becoming a separate company, XOtech, on September 1, 2002. Operating as a sole entity, XOtech continued its work of providing technology solutions to government and commercial customers. XOtech soon became a worldwide enterprise-consulting company combining Defense-spec capabilities with the attitude and speed of a small business. XOtech continues to grow in size and strength offering strategy paired with technology to help our customers reach business milestones.

With over 30 active government and commercial contracts on single and other partner vehicles, XOtech can develop a customized solution to support almost any requirement with rapid response times and instant results. Our contracts support various levels of effort, from pure labor contracts, to contracts with service-level-only agreements. We support Time and Material, Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, and other contract payment types as approved by DCAA auditors.
